RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Chooy pieces but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

You can return or exchange any item within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags on, no signs of wear).

To start a return or exchange, simply send your item to:

Please include your name, order number, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange in your package.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
