How to order?

Placing an order with CHOOY is quick and easy. Add your favorite products to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.

Carefully enter your details, using the address you received from the logistics company in your country (e.g., Bonaire or Curaçao). This is the USA address you created through a local logistics service provider.

Then follow the steps to complete your order. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email with further instructions.

Payment methods

After placing your order, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the payment. Payment is possible via a local bank (Caribbean Netherlands) or via the Dutch bank ING.

All necessary payment details can be found in this email. Once you have made the payment, we ask you to send proof of payment by replying to the same email.

Upon receipt and confirmation of payment, your order will be processed.

Delivery times

Upon confirmation of payment, we will immediately start processing your order. Please note that we are an on-demand printing company. This means that your product will only be produced when you order it.

The average delivery time to the Caribbean Netherlands is 14 to 21 days. This may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and logistical delays, over which we unfortunately have no control.

We recommend using your USA address through one of the local logistics service providers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your location and displayed during checkout.

Please note that upon arrival in your country, additional costs may be charged by the logistics service provider you have chosen (where you created a USA address). These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
